Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver all over Europe.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has ships that contain your tracking information.
I received a broken item? What can I do now?
We apologize for any broken or defect on your items. If an item you received is damaged please email us at trekzoom1@gmail.com. We will send you a replacement right away.
What if I want a refund or return for an item?
We try are best help resolve any problems with your queries customers have with their products but if you want a refund for your products then we can do that if done within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note: We do not offer refunds for "FREE - Just Cover Shipping" items.

My order has not been received? Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Shipping can sometimes take longer due to the high demand for our items and also customs clearance. Please read our shipping policy below for shipping times. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-3 weeks to arrive at their destination for US delivery and 2-4 weeks for international delivery but can take longer from time to time.
